Use these instructions if your PDF file shows two insert pages on one sheet of paper.
(For one page per sheet, go here.)
✧ Open the file with the free Adobe Reader. You can download that HERE.
✧ Print “actual size” or “100% scale”
✧ To print two sided, set your printer to “short side binding” or “flip on short edge”.
For printers that don’t support two sided printing:
✧ Print odd numbered pages, then turn the pages over and print even numbered pages.
✧ After printing, keep the pages in the order that they came out of the printer and trim at the crop marks.
✧ Flip the left stack over the right as if you were closing a book, punch holes for rings or discs, and your inserts, are now ready to use!
Helpful Tips:
To print dated inserts, you must print an entire file at once. If you print only part of the file, the pages will be out of order.
Daily inserts are divided into 12 monthly files, and Weekly inserts are broken into either 2 or 4 files so you don't have to print the entire year at once.
*The pages may look out of order in the PDF file. That’s normal. It's so that the dates come out in the right order when you print double sided.
*You should always print a test page to see which way you need to flip the pages for your particular printer.
*For some printers you’ll need to check the “print in reverse order” checkbox, so take note of how your printer feeds the pages.
