Use these instructions if your PDF file shows one insert page per sheet of paper.
(For two pages per sheet, go here.)
✧ Open the file with the free Adobe Reader. You can download that HERE.
✧ Print “actual size” or “100% scale”
✧ To print two sided, set your printer to “long side binding” or “flip on long edge”. This is the default for most printers so you may not need to change anything.
For printers that don’t support two sided printing:
✧ Print odd numbered pages, then turn the pages over and print even numbered pages.
✧ Trim at the crop marks if needed, punch holes for rings or discs, and your inserts are ready to use!
Helpful Tips:
*You should always print a test page to see which way you need to flip the pages for your particular printer.
*For some printers you’ll need to check the “print in reverse order” checkbox, so take note of how your printer feeds the pages.
